Transparency Purchase of Service Data Collection – Reports
In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section 4519.5(i)(2), regional centers are required to post Purchase of Service (POS) data reports that provide information on efforts to reduce disparities and improve equity in service delivery. These reports include details on how the regional center has implemented recommendations, engaged the community, and measured progress toward more equitable access to services. The information presented helps stakeholders better understand the regional center’s actions and supports meaningful dialogue about reducing disparities within the developmental services system.
