NCI Quality Assessments – Data Reports

In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section 4629.5(b)(16), regional centers are required to share information from National Core Indicators (NCI) surveys to promote transparency and support quality improvement efforts. These surveys collect feedback from individuals receiving services and their families about their experiences, satisfaction, and quality of life.

The data collected through the NCI assessments helps inform service planning, identify areas for improvement, and guide system-wide enhancements. As part of our commitment to accountability and person-centered practices, current and past NCI data reports are available to the public and can be accessed below.
