Transparency and Public Information – Policy

In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section 4629.5(a), all regional centers are required to adopt and maintain a Transparency and Public Information Policy to ensure the public has access to important information regarding the center’s operations, service delivery, and use of public funds.

This policy reflects our commitment to accountability and open communication with individuals served, their families, service providers, and the broader community. It outlines the types of information made available and how that information can be accessed.
