Performance Contract – New Year

In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section 4629, each regional center enters into an annual performance contract with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). This contract establish measurable goals and objectives designed to improve services and support outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The performance contract reflects both statewide priorities and specific areas of focus for our regional center.
