Transparency NCI Quality Assessments – Report to DDS
Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) §4571(h)(3)(B)(i), regional centers are required to submit a summary report to the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) that outlines how findings from the National Core Indicators (NCI) surveys are being used to improve services and supports.
This report highlights key outcomes from the NCI assessments and identifies strategies the regional center is implementing in response to the data. As part of our commitment to transparency, person-centered practices, and system-wide improvement, this report is made available to the public and can be accessed below.
