RC Board Bylaws

Our Board of Directors follows a set of rules called bylaws. These rules explain how the Board is set up, how decisions are made, and what responsibilities the Board has. The bylaws help make sure the Board operates in a clear, fair, and organized way. They support our mission to serve individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
