Conflict of Interest Reporting Statements

In line with Title 17 §54533(f), Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC) is committed to transparency. This page includes Conflict of Interest Reporting Statements for staff, contractors, and agents when a present or potential conflict could not be resolved within 30 days of:

Receipt by VMRC’s executive director or governing board, or
Notice from the Department identifying a conflict.

These forms will remain posted until the conflict is resolved or the individual leaves their role with VMRC.
