On May 19th and May 20th of 2017 Valley Mountain Regional Center, along with our event sponsor, Premiere Healthcare Services, and local partners SCDD North Valley Hills, Disability Rights California, Family Resource Center Network, and the Self-Advocacy Council 6, hosted three sold out Self-Determination Symposiums in Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. We trained almost 300 parents, providers, consumers, and regional center professionals. This announcement is a highlight of the three events, including PowerPoint presentations and other related resources provided during the symposiums.
