Letter of Intent (LOI):

If you are interested in submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a Residential Facility then submit the Residential LOI Form 2019.

If you are interested in submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a Day Program then submit the document Program LOI Form 2019.

All Letter of Intents should be completed and returned to Program Manager, Robert Fernandez, Jr.–  RFernandez@vmrc.net

Approved Letter of Intent:

If your submitted LOI has been approved by Resource Development, then read the following document: “If LOI is Approved”.

LOI Appeal Rights:

If your LOI has been denied, you have the right to appeal the decision by Resource Development. Read the following document “LOI Appeal Rights”.
