Valley Mountain Regional Center and Safeway Come Together Again to Support the Health of our Community

Stockton Clinic October 7th and Modesto Clinic October 14th

VMRC is partnering with Safeway Pharmacy to host two Flu Shot Clinics. The clinics will be Thursday, October 7th at the Stockton office, and Thursday, October 14th, at the Modesto office. The times are both from 9am – 12pm. These will be drive through clinics (like our previous vaccination clinics). Pre-registration is required.

Everyone Encouraged to Participate

The clinics are open to anyone (consumers, families, staff, etc.…) over the age of 3 years old. The shot is free to the participant, if the person has health insurance (their health insurance will be billed). Participants not insured or covered will have to pay out of pocket at point of service:

• $35 for Regular flu vaccine
• $69 for Senior dose flu vaccine
• We will accept check or credit card

Important Reminders…

• Complete and bring printed copy of consent form (available at registration and will have copies on site)
• We will have forms at the clinic if they aren’t able to pre-fill them
• Bring a copy of medical and prescription insurance information
