Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP) and Community Placement

PUBLIC NOTICE: VMRC 2024-2025 COMMUNITY PLACEMENT PLAN (CPP) AND COMMUNITY RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING (CRDP)

Valley Mountain Regional Center has been collecting input over the past year related to potential unmet Community Placement Plan / Community Resource Development Planning service needs.

 

  1. $1.6 million to support renovation or acquisition of affordable, supportive housing predevelopment or renovation in Stanislaus County

  1. $250, 000 Start Up Funds to support:

Adult Day Program to support persons with behavior support needs in Western Calaveras County or North Eastern San Joaquin County; programs should support community integration opportunities and employment opportunities for individuals supported

 

  1. $250, 000 Start Up Funds to support:

Adult Day Program to support persons with behavior support needs in Tuolumne County; programs should support community integration opportunities and employment opportunities for individuals supported

 

  1. $250, 000 Start Up Funds to support:

Adult Day Program to support persons with behavior support needs in Amador County; programs should support community integration opportunities and employment opportunities for individuals supported

 

  1. $50,000 Start Up Funds to support:

 

Independent Living (ILS) for individuals in Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties

 

  1. $5,000 Start Up Funds to support:

 

Individual and family training (group) related to social skill development of teens and young adults; topics should include appropriate social media use (safety), sexual education; training should be in accordance with Home and Community Based Services settings expectations and should focus on how families can support individuals with enhancing their social skills/ safety in the community. Eligible service providers will be expected to provide the training in English and Spanish.
