eBilling

Special Note to Service Providers:

“Service providers included in the rate reform must complete a Service Acknowledgement Form (SAF) to confirm their understanding of the service description, requirements to be met, subcode combinations, and the rates established by the rate model. Failure to sign the SAF will result in noncompliance and could lead to potential termination under Title 17, Section 54370(c). To remain compliant, please complete and submit the SAF no later than May 1, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact rates@vmrc.net.

Additionally, all active service providers must be listed in the Provider Directory as part of their vendorization requirements. Providers who fail to submit the necessary information by May 30, 2025, will have their billing suspended starting July 2025, until the required information is submitted and validated. For guidance on how to comply with this directive, please visit this link.”

eBILLING

The eBilling is a web application for vendors to bill VMRC. We will provide you with an enrollment form that is required to login and use eBilling as part of our vendorization process as this form serves as a binding agreement between the service provider and VMRC.  The California Department of Developmental Services maintains several webpages to answer any general questions you may have about the system:

If the eBilling system is down or not working, feel free to email ebilling@vmrc.net or VMRC Fiscal Staff.

Please keep in mind the eBilling system has a transmission process of invoices every night during the hours of 10:00p.m. through 5:00a.m.  To avoid billing errors, we recommend not using the system during these hours.
